Many work steps are necessary to lend the Oak Lancaster its special look. Several of our specialities are combined to produce one product here. After a  light smoking process, the wood is brushed thoroughly by hand. Once this has been completed,  he wood undergoes a white-wash treatment. In contrast to the normal process, after the coating has been applied almost all of the colour is reabsorbed so that there are only a few slightly white areas left. Finally, we apply a protective transparent white oil.
